  • Menu – 59.50€ per person to be paid to the restaurant
  • Details of the menu:
    • Starter
      • Salmon tartare with avocado, lime and ginger
    • Main
      • ​​​​​​​Sea bass filet (cooked on a plancha) with confit fennel and sweet peppers
      • OR - Chicken supreme with grilled vegetables 
    • Dessert
      • ​​​​​​​Pears and almond small tarts with vanilla ice-cream
  • The main course has to be chosen on Thursday 21st October at the latest
