The ITER Organization (the IO) is organizing a Virtual Information Meeting to present to the industry the general procurement strategy for the ITER In-Vessel Assembly Works Phase I .
The online event will take place on 3 September (Friday) from 14:00 to 16:00 CET.
The event will include an overview presentation of the Tokamak Assembly and the planned scope, schedule and required competences for the In-Vessel Assembly Works Phase I , the general procurement strategy, the tendering conditions and the envisaged contractual model.
The speakers will also address questions from the audience during the questions and answers session.

Note that the deadline for registration is 27 August 2021.
